There comes a moment in everyone’s mental health journey that they question their progress and ability to continue coping. It can be a very confusing and frightening moment to experience a resurgence of emotions and negative thoughts that you thought were gone. These moments seem to come from nowhere and without cause. With the stigma of not being well and the added guilt and shame, many people suffer in silence. Setbacks are common, especially if we are not practicing self care and managing stress. It is very helpful to create a wellness plan to maintain mental health wellness.
